PHPGuru Monokai 8 New & Improved - plugin detail

What's new in this version
New: This new and improved version of Monokai for NetBeans includes better background colors for all PHP, HTML, CSS and most importantly, stepping through code with XDebug.
Input Mono Condensed by FontBureau is a free font perfect for development.

Introduction
This is based on the work by JamShady[1], which is, in turn, based on the Monokai theme in Sublime text.
I've included new proper backgrounds for all syntax and formatting tabs including readable, dark backgrounds for XDebug.
Font selected is Input. Download it here[2].
